Transfers, meals and additional services are included only where the confirmed option expressly states them. Cancellation, amendment and no-show terms will be supplied with your quotation. An enquiry does not reserve inventory or take payment. Issued tickets are non-refundable and date changes after issue are not permitted in the supplied conditions. Reporting is required at the Phuket office before the fixed departure; reconfirm the current meeting time. No separate seat is reserved for an infant, and the service is listed as not wheelchair accessible.
