Cancellation, amendment and no-show terms depend on the confirmed service. General programme admission excludes children under 4. The second-deck cabana/sofa-bed unit accommodates 2–3 guests, charges a single traveller at the 2-person rate, and excludes children under 12 and seniors over 65. Seating is allocated by the operator. Second-deck May–October bookings are accepted within 48 hours before travel, subject to weather and space. Pregnant guests and guests with a history of spinal or hip surgery are not accepted under the supplied terms; discuss other medical or mobility concerns before booking.
